Court Discretion
     THE COURT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INCREASE OR DECREASE THE ABOVE FEES BECAUSE OF THE SPECIFIC FACTS OF A CASE

Payment
    In most cases, 50% should be paid within 60 days of the order with the balance paid within 90 days total.

Enforcement
    A money judgment automatically enters if the ordered fees are not paid at the end of the 90 days. In the event that the ordered attorney fees are not paid by the Mandatory Settlement Conference date, it shall be the first issue of discussion by the Court with the parties and dealt with as an Order to Show Cause with all attendant penalties.
